● Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video.
● Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
● Sale items, earrings, and nose pins are not eligible for return or exchange.
● If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
