Return & Exchange Policy
Products once sold cannot be returned.
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as wrong product received, damaged item, or quality issues, the company will review the request and decide at its sole discretion. In the this scenario customers must contact our customer care team at info@yazhistore.com.
Within 2 days of delivery to raise a concern. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
The customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact while submitting a review request.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
