What is Yāzhi jewellery made of?
We use only authentic.925 sterling silver as our base metal for all of our products. This is an alloy that contains 92.5% pure silver
and 7.5% other metals, such as zinc or copper, to enhance its strength and durability. This makes it perfect for daily wear. Each item is hallmarked and stamped for authenticity.
Why is Hallmarked sterling silver important?
Hallmarking certifies purity and quality, giving you confidence in your purchase, especially critical in India’s regulated silver jewellery market.
Is your silver jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. While hallmarking for silver is not yet mandatory in India, unlike gold, we believe in providing full transparency. Every piece is marked with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmark, certifying its purity and authenticity. The BIS mark includes the BIS logo, a 3-digit number for the purity grade, and a unique identification mark for our brand.
Care & Maintenance
Why does silver jewellery tarnish?
Tarnishing is a natural process that occurs when silver reacts with oxygen or sulfur particles in the air. This can be accelerated by exposure to household cleaners, lotions, perfumes, and perspiration.
How do I care for my Yāzhi jewellery?
Keep your silver looking its best by avoiding chemicals like perfumes and lotions, storing in a dry pouch, and polishing gently with a soft cloth. For tarnished pieces, a mild soap bath works well. This care routine preserves shine and longevity.
How should I store my silver jewellery?
Store your pieces individually in an air-tight container, like a soft pouch or a jewellery box with a lining. This protects it from abrasion and prevents tarnish by keeping out air and moisture. Storing pieces separately also prevents them from scratching or tangling with each other.
What if my piece loses its shine?
We offer complimentary re-polishing for one year after purchase to keep your jewellery looking as radiant as the day you received it. You can still re-polish your jewellery post the warranty period for a small amount.

What if I like one of your designs and I would love to buy it in gold? Will you be able to manufacture the samedesigns in gold?
Y esss! we would love to do that for you if that is something that you are looking for. All our karighars / craftsman are expertise in gold. In fact all our designs are first made in gold before trying with silver. It’s always easy for our Karighars to work with gold.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Our standard delivery time is typically 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
What’s included in the warranty?
Your purchase includes a 1-year free warranty for re-polishing—no additional cost. For any manufacturing defects, reach out and we’ll make it right. Warranty is not applicable if the products is broken due to any mishandling or if there is any damage due to use of water or chemicals.
