within 2 days of delivery to raise a concern. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
The customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact while submitting a review request.
