Our Story

Best friends since childhood, Business partners by choice

Yāzhi was born from the idea that heritage and modernity can belong in the same breath.

We grew up surrounded by jewellery that carried meaning, heirlooms that marked milestones,crafted by hands that told stories. But somewhere along the way, gold became distant,reserved for occasions and locked behind vaults.

We wanted to bring that soul back, not by recreating the past, but by reimagining it.

At the heart of Yāzhi are Tarunika and Sahana, two women whose paths to jewellery began in different worlds but met in the pursuit of timeless design.

Tarunika, trained in Milan and shaped by years in the fashion world, brings a refined eye for form, proportion, and detail. Having learnt design and craftsmanship from some of the best in Italy, she bridges the gap between global fashion sensibility and everyday wearability.

Sahana, with her background in the lab-grown diamond industry, brings precision and technical mastery, an understanding of structure, quality, and finish that ensures every Yāzhi piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
